Silver-indium alloy is a binary alloy of silver and indium, with indium having a 21% maximum solubility in silver. Common ratios of indium to silver include Ag10In90 and Ag3In97. Using powder metallurgy, it can be processed into indium-silver wires and indium-silver sheets through melting and pressure processing methods.

Indium90Silver10 and Indium97Silver3 are also used as low-temperature materials and in nuclear reactor control rods.

Widely utilized as a specialized solder, particularly in microelectronics assembly and various welding applications such as glass-glass and glass-metal joints.

Furthermore, Indium-Silver alloy, including variants like In97Ag3 and In90Ag10 foils or InAg Solder Wire, can be customized to varying sizes, thicknesses and diameter to suit specific requirements. This alloy can even replace silver materials in certain applications, significantly reducing material thermal resistance.
