A:Quality is our soul, most important for us. Before production, we test all raw materials. If qualified, we process the production for this raw material; if not, we would return it to our supplier. We strictly control every manufacturing step and test it after all manufacturing process finished. Final test would be made before the commodities left our factory.

A:MOQ is 1 pc for regular model and custom order at 1 pc is preferred.

A:For small quantity, it takes only 1-2 days from ready stock. For bulk order, it might take about 1-2 weeks.

A:We provide 7*12 hours service. Whenever you need, we are always here with you! Besides, we provide one stop purchase. For example, looking for the items even it beyond our business line, assisting you in custom clearance, updating logistic, presale consultation and after-sale service. All your emails or messages will be replied within 2 hours in the working days. If you have any technical problem, we will get our technical team to help you out.

A: For the first business, it is recommended that business is done by T/T in advance. For the future business, adjust the payment terms according to customer credit. If a customer with good reputation, we can make more flexible payment terms.

A: Each individual product has standard production packaging, such as 1 piece, 100 grams, 1 roll, etc. When your required quantity is less than the minimum package, we need to pack separately. There are extra costs such as wear and tear, labor cost, packaging material and so on.

A:If it was a product quality problem, we would return or replace the goods without hesitation.

A: We test and issue the test reports after the production of each batch of products. Product is not packed until the test results are qualified. If you ask for a report from third party inspection organization, we’ll be pleased to negotiate with you to make it.

A:If you are willing, we sign a NDA(non disclosure agreement) with you, which has very comprehensive clauses, once signed, nothing is said.
